Marcel qualified as an Attorney-at-Law in 1997 from the Sir Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad, after obtaining his LL.B. (Hons.) at the University of the West Indies. With a practice encompassing mainly Civil and Commercial Litigation, Marcel represents certain lending institutions and private organisations operating in Barbados including Royal Bank of Canada and Caribbean Commercial Bank Limited as well as Life of Barbados Limited and Citibank Barbados. He specializes in banking law, arbitration, alternative dispute resoltion, civil litigation, commercial law, employment law and shipping/maritime law.
